Regional Forum: Unlocking Housing

 

The Indiana Philanthropy Alliance (IPA), sponsored by Northern Trust, is hosting a Regional Housing Forum in Indianapolis on October 22nd, 2025.

 

According to IPA’s event page, the focus of this event is to convene philanthropic organizations, Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) and other intermediaries to expand the reach and impact of affordable housing solutions. At this Regional Forum, they will explore how targeted investment strategies are reshaping Indiana’s housing landscape. Through mission-related investments, loan guarantees, impact investing, and catalytic capital, funders are helping CDFIs finance affordable housing developments, increase homeownership opportunities, and direct flexible capital to historically underserved communities.
