INHP focuses on helping people achieve their homeownership goals through education and one-on-one homeownership advising – to overcome barriers to homeownership and access mortgage financing.
INHP is offering a new educational opportunity, Successful Renting, a free class that teaches the pros and cons of renting vs. buying, the rights and responsibilities of tenants and landlords, the ins and outs of security deposits, and leasing types and trends.
